Integrity Human Capital Management
Integrity HCM is a human resources management consulting
company providing a broad spectrum of human resources management
expertise to small and mid-size American and multi-national
corporations.
Our knowledge, combined with expertise in executive development
and human resources management consulting, enables us to offer
companies comprehensive support for today's changing economies
and business environments.
Human resources programs are tailored to the specific needs
of each company. In some instances, Integrity HCM functions as
an extension of the human resources department providing
specialized services that would be cost-prohibitive to perform
in-house. In other cases, we are a complete outsourced human
resources department providing full human resources services. We
also advise companies on the effectiveness of their current
in-house efforts, and, if a comprehensive program is not in
place, set up and train an in-house department.
The human resources function has evolved to become a strategic
corporate weapon in a technology-driven, fast changing business
world where every corporation must compete for skilled talent,
be able to influence its employees to provide the best products
and / or solutions, and be able to control and monitor personnel
costs to maintain cost competitiveness.
